LARANGAN PENGLIBATAN MAHASISWA/I UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA DALAM PERHIMPUNAN HARAM BERSIH DI SEKITAR BANDARAYA KUALA LUMPUR PADA 9 JULAI 2011

Perhatian Saudara/Saudari kepada perkara di atas adalah dirujuk.

Sehubungan dengan itu adalah diingatkan bahawa semua mahasiswa universiti dilarang sama sekali melibatkan diri dalam Perhimpunan Haram BERSIH yang akan diadakan pada 9 Julai 2011 di sekitar Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur sepertimana termaktub dalam Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Pindaan ) 2011, Akta A1375 Seksyen 10 (1), (2) dan (5) manakala kakitangan universiti di bawah Seksyen 3 (1) dan (2) (d), Bahagian II, Akta Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib dan Surcaj) 2000, Akta 605.

Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Pindaan) 2011, Akta A1375, Seksyen 10 (1) -

“A student of an Institution may become a member of any society, organization, body or group of persons, whether or not, it is established under any written law, whether it is in or outside the Institution, and whether it is in or outside Malaysia, other than-

(a) any political party, whether in or outside Malaysia;
(b) any unlawful organization, body of group of persons, whether in or outside Malaysia; or

(c) any organization, body or group of persons which the Minister, after consultation with the Executive Head, has specified in writing to the Executive Head to be unsuitable to the interests and well-being of the students or the Institution.”

Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Pindaan) 2011, Akta A1375, Seksyen 10 (2)-

“An organization, body or group of students of an Institution which is established by, under or in accordance with this Act, may have any affiliation, association or other dealing with any society, organization, body or group or persons, whether or not is is established under any written law, whether it is in or outside the Institution, and whether it is or outside Malaysia, other than-

(a) any political party, whether in or outside Malaysia;

(b) any unlawful organization, body of group of persons, whether in or outside Malaysia; or

(c) any organization, body or group of persons which the Minister, after consultation with the Executive Head, has specified in writing to the Executive Head to be unsuitable to the interests and well-being of the students or the Institution”.

Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Pindaan) 2011, Akta A1375, Seksyen 10 (5)-

“No student of an Institution and no organization, body or group of students of an Institution which is established by, under or in accordance with this Act, shall express or do anything which may reasonably be construed as expressing support for or sympathy or opposition to-

(a) any political party, whether in or outside Malaysia;

(b) any unlawful organization, body of group of persons, whether in or outside Malaysia; or

(c) any organization, body or group of persons which the Minister, after consultation with the Executive Head, has specified in writing to the Executive Head to be unsuitable to the interests and well-being of the students or the Institution.”

Seksyen 3 (1) Bahagian II Akta Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib dan Surcaj) 2000, Akta 605, Tatakelakuan -

“Seseorang pegawai hendaklah pada setiap masa memberikan taat setianya yang tidak berbelah bahagi kepada Yang Di Pertuan Agong , negara , Kerajaan dan badan berkanun”.

Seksyen 3 (2) Bahagian II Akta Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib dan Surcaj) 2000, Akta 605, Tatakelakuan

“Seseorang pegawai tidak boleh –

(d) berkelakuan dengan sedemikian cara sehingga memburukkan atau mencemarkan nama badan berkanun.”

Sehubungan dengan itu, semua mahasiwa universiti diminta mematuhi ketetapan ini dan sebarang pelanggaran terhadap mana-mana peruntukan di atas merupakan satu kesalahan serius dan boleh membawa kepada tindakan tatatertib di peringkat universiti dan juga di bawah peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang Malaysia yang sedang berkuatkuasa.

Catatan Bila 6

Bila mahu memperjuangkan sesuatu, sekurang-kurangnya ambil tahulah apa yang ingin dan akan diperjuangkan itu. bukan ikutan orang semata-mata~

Kehilangan

Pernah kehilangan?

Aku pernah. Kehilangan kawan. Kehilangan kekasih. Kehilangan ahli keluarga tersayang.

Semuanya memedihkan. Semuanya menyedihkan.

Kehilangan mana yang mampu sesiapapun hadapi?

Bila salah satu nyawa direnggut pergi. Baik hidup mahupun mati.

Aku sedang melayani lagu cinta. Lagu airmata. Lagu jiwa. Lagu lara. Sengsara.

Dalam dunia, bukan satu orang saja yang merana. Bukan.

Ramai juga marhaen lain yang rasa apa itu sakitnya kehilangan.

Itu pasal tiada yang berani lagi mencuba. Mendekati. Menyayangi. Memberi hati.

Sebab, bila hati diberi, ada ruang dan peluang untuk ‘kehilangan’ mengambil tempat.

Siapa mampu menahan dugaan kehilangan buat kali seterusnya?

Aku tiada keyakinan menghadapinya lagi.

Untuk itu, hati aku peruntukkan hanya secebis.

Tak mahu izinkan yang lain datang menghancurkan jiwaku.

Dan mungkin yang lain juga begitu. Bahana kehilangan.

Tiada yang mahu dan sudi membuka pintu.

Untuk sesiapapun.. jelas keakuan dan keengkauan

tak akan berkesudahan~

What was my dream last time I dreamt?

My undisclosed desire that I dare not pursue

Once in a while I see myself in the forms of another

It ignites the careless memories of the innocent childhood

Looking few years back,

In that white robe, holding stethoscope or building anti-fattening machine

In the white safety cap, ruler in my hand, sketch book on my station

In red heels, tight sarong with my hair held high in tight bun, flying coast to coast

In the room full of files, big calculator in front of me, pencil in between my teeth

Looking at it all, the reminiscence that remain lingering at the corner of my mind

Brings a smile on my face

Gathered here with my family

My neighbours and my friends

Standing firm together against oppression holding hands

It doesn't matter where you're from

Or if you're young, old, women or man

We're here for the same reason; we want to take back our land

Oh God thank you

For giving us the strength to hold on

puasa

hari ini aku berpuasa ganti..banyak pula benda yang nak diselesaikan. hutang tinggal lagi 2 hari.
perlu masa..masa..kemanakah masa?

It is easier to criticize, but DIFFICULT TO IMPROVE

Once upon a time there was a painter who had just completed his

course. He took 3 days and painted beautiful scenery. He wanted

people's opinion about his caliber and painting skills.

He put his creation at a busy street-crossing. And just down below a

board which read -"I have painted this piece. Since I'm new to this

profession I might have committed some mistakes in my strokes etc.

Please put a cross wherever you see a mistake."

While he came back in the evening to collect his painting he was

completely shattered to see that whole canvass was filled with Xs

(crosses) and some people had even written their comments on the

painting.

Disheartened and broken completely he ran to his master's place and

burst into tears.

This young artist was breathing heavily and master heard him

saying"I'm useless and if this is what I have learnt to paint I'm not

worth becoming a painter. People have rejected me completely. I feel

like dying"

Master smiled and suggested "My Son, I will prove that you are a great

artist and have learnt flawless painting. Do as I say without

questioning it. It WILL work."

Young artist reluctantly agreed and two days later early morning he

presented a replica of his earlier painting to his master. Master took

that gracefully and smiled.

"Come with me." master said.

They reached the same street-square early morning and displayed the

same painting exactly at the same place. Now master took out another

board which read -"Gentlemen, I have painted this piece. Since I'm new

to this profession I might have committed some mistakes in my strokes

etc. I have put a box with colors and brushes just below. Please do a

favor. If you see a mistake, kindly pick up the brush and correct it."

Master and disciple walked back home.

They both visited the place same evening. Young painter was surprised

to see that actually there was not a single correction done so far.

Next day again they visited and found painting remained untouched.

They say the painting was kept there for a month for no correction

came in!

Moral of the story:

It is easier to criticize, but DIFFICULT TO IMPROVE!

So don't get carried away or judge yourself by someone else’s

criticism and feel depressed...
